By accessing and using Toklytics – Battles (the "Service") operated by TPC Global LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

Description of Service

Toklytics – Battles provides advanced battle analytics and competitive insights through our web-based platform. The Service includes data analysis, reporting tools, and collaboration features.

User Accounts

• User accounts are created by linking to a TikTok account.
• You may link multiple TikTok accounts, but each account requires its own subscription.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Payment and Billing

• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance.
• Payment is due immediately upon subscription activation.
• Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
• Upload or transmit malicious code or content.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TPC Global LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TPC Global LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
